<p style="text-align: justify;">You need to decide where you know what to do. Whether you think about dieting for the first time in your life or try to make your new changes to something permanent, there are certain things you can do to make your diet to the next level.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m Not Ready for a Change:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">You may have some health problems or if you fancy a smaller size clothes, but you&#8217;re not really interested in included on a diet. If that is the case, you will be the diet in the pre-contemplation &#8220;stage. This means that you are not in any changes in your food are now interested.</p>
